This needs some explaining...I don't mean for this to offend anyone, but this is how I view things...

It hurts me to see these characters used in hentai, yaoi/yuri, or simply behaving in a manner that is entirely not themselves. I see pictures like that all over DA... and it makes me upset. These characters were created for set purposes, not meant to be used for sexual, explicit, or other purposes they just weren't made for.

For crying out loud...they're children's T.V. show characters!

If they were real people, what do YOU think they'd say...?

They were made to entertain the kids who look up to them and see them as heroes, and to make people happy. Please have a heart and leave them as they are.

***again, I hope nobody takes offense from this. If you do, please just let it go and don't retaliate. Please. I'm only expressing my views.

Ohhh... Man, I got goosbumps at this. It's very true. Especially poor Amy. Very nicely done, I do agree. And Kudos for finding a way to tell people your opinion without being offensive. It seems too few people know how to do that these days...

Your views are nice, but futile. If people cared about these pieces of code as you did, do you really think they would give them their stereotypes, in the first place?

So what if it's futile? If I change even one person's mind, then I'll have done my job. And for your information, these guys are a lot more to many people than just "pieces of code." That's all I will say.

Whatever. That's fine, get your kicks out of putting down people who actually take the step to make the world a better place, even if it's useless. I can see where this is headed. So I'm going to forgive and let go. And hope that you'll just leave me alone.
